Larry M. Luther Obituary (1933 - 2016)

Lawrence M. Luther age 83 of East Sparta, OH passed away Saturday July 23, 2016. Larry was retired from LTV Steel and served his country during the Korean War in the U.S. Army. He is preceded in death by parents, John and Anna (Yakubek) Luther; wife, Nancy (Foster) Luther on April 13, 2011; brothers, Tom and Dan and sister, Rosemary Booth. Survived by his children, Mary (Kip) Carroll, Ann (Mike) Burky, and Stephen (Nicole) Luther; grandchildren, Patrick, Rachel, Aaron, Isaac, Angeline, Jozlyn, Dannielle and Corbin; three brothers, John (MaryLou) Luther, Joseph Luther and Jerry (Bonnie) Luther; two sisters, Barb (Larry) Poletsky and Ann Cowles. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 am Tuesday at St. James Church in Waynesburg, OH. Calling hours will be Monday from 6-8 pm in the funeral home. He will be laid to rest next to Nancy in Sandy Valley Cemetery.
