Linn McClelland Goodin Obituary (1935 - 2015)

Linn McClelland Goodin 1935- 2015 passed away November 13, 2015. Born on June 14, 1935 in Canton, Ohio to the late Jay L. and Myrtle Goodin. Also preceded in death by an infant son, and sister, Helen Hoerger. A graduate of Timken High School in 1953 and worked for ODOT for 30 years retiring in 1992. Survived by his wife, Peggy Seefong Goodin whom he married Aug. 31, 1957; children, Rebecca Swope, Sheri (Rodney) Miller, Timothy Goodin, Gregory (Karen) Goodin; 10 grandchildren, Benjamin (Julie) Swope, Sarah (Adam) Wilson, Hannah (Matt), Rachel Swope, Jay (Marci) Shirley, Robert Goodin, Rebecca (Josh) Black, Matthew (Ashley) Goodin, Spencer Goodin, Morgan Goodin, ; 16 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; sister, Ruth Amiet; brothers, Paul and Carl Goodin; brothers-in-law, Fred Hoerger and Charles (Letha) Seefong; sisters-in-law, Shirley Ivey, Donna Grimm, Joanne Kopka, Judy (Jan) Meyer, and Pat Rosser. Services will be Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015 at 1:30 pm in the funeral home where family and friends may call from Noon to 1:30 pm. Burial will follow in North Lawn Cemetery.
