Ralph C. "Rudy" Schlott Born to Ralph Guy and Mabel Arabella (Miller) Schlott, in Canton, Ohio, on December 1st, 1920, Rudy Schlott died on December 28, 2016. He was a graduate of Mount Union University and Kent State University. He is survived by his daughters, Jo Ellen Seik and Gay Baughman, of Warrenton, VA, and his sister Joyce and her husband Peter, of Canton, OH. Preceded in death by wife Elizabeth Heskett Schlott in 1992. Teacher and coach at Sterling and Louisville Schools in Ohio, Superintendent of schools in Atwater, OH; High school principal and later Superintendent of schools in Norton, OH for 23 years; instructor and coach at Western State College in Colorado for 3 years. Served as naval officer in Atlantic and Pacific in WW II. Member of Tucson Sarcoa and the coffee group in NE McDonald's. Four grandchildren, Matt Seik, Abby Nussbaum, Shannon O'Connor, and Doug Drumheller, and 8 great-grandchildren. His wishes were to be cremated with no memorial or funeral service. His ashes will be placed with his wife's in Canton, Ohio.
