Faith E. Langford Obituary (1965 - 2025)

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Faith Elizabeth Langford on April 27, 2025, at the age of 60, after enduring numerous health challenges. Faith was born in Barberton, Ohio on January 22, 1965. Faith grew up in Akron, Ohio and attended Central Hower High School. Faith was a hard worker and had worked in several factories throughout Akron and Massillon, Ohio. She loved working the night shift because she was a night owl. Faith had a great appreciation for humor and cherished the time spent with her husband and family. She loved music, peanut butter fudge, dogs, country roads, and sunsets. Her preferred beverage was Johnny Walker's Scotch, humorously referred to as battery acid. During football season, she enthusiastically supported her beloved San Francisco 49ers, expressing her excitement vocally. She eagerly anticipated the NFL season each year. Faith is survived by the love of her life, Michael T. Skelly. They spent 26 years viewing sunrises and sunsets together. She leaves behind her children Faith N. Langford, Georgia L. Langford, Goldie L. Kaminski, Wandadeen E. Ladd, and stepson Michael E. Skelly. Her greatest joy was being a grandmother to her six grandchildren: Haley Boak, Desirae Miller, Christiopher Miller, Michael Skelly, Maria Kaminski, and Zoe Ladd. She is also survived by her father Frank E. Morris and siblings Louis Morris, Lena Yankulov, and Milly Morris. Faith also leaves behind her longtime friend Ashely Morgan. Faith is preceded in death by her mother Wanda J. Morris Cremation has taken place and there will be no services. The family will announce a memorial later.
